TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please ensure that your correspondence address on your statement is correct. If you do not receive your statement by the middle of a month, please inform the Club's accounts department to forward a copy. Non-receipt of statement will not be accepted as a valid reason for non-payment.

Accounts enquiry of statement should be made to the Club's accounts department at Tel: 2238 3162. Due to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, a request form to release any written statement or chits can be downloaded here or collected from the club. The request form needs to be signed by the member or authorized person/s & returned via post to the accounts department at Discovery Bay Golf Club, Valley Road, DiscoveryBay, LantauIsland, Hong Kong. Or fax to 2987 0663.

PAYMENT METHODS

You may settle your membership account by any of the following methods. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT FULL PAYMENT OF YOUR STATEMENT BALANCE IS RECEIVED BY THE CLUB ON OR BEFORE THE PAYMENT DUE DATE.

By Autopay (Savings, Current Account or Credit Card)
Please download the Direct Debit Authorization (DDA) form from our website.

For Autopay through Savings or Current Account, Please click here to download the form, sign and return the Direct Debit Authorization form to your bank & mark your debtor reference as your first 6 digit of account number.

For Autopay through Credit Card, please click here to download the form, sign and return the DDA form to the club front desk or by post to Discovery Bay Golf Club (attention to accounts department)

By PPS

Please call 18031 (English) or 18033 (Chinese), you will be instructed to enter your PPS account number followed by the Merchant Code 9845 (please note the Merchant name for Discovery Bay Golf Club is Hong Kong Resorts) and enter your account number with any touch tone telephone. You may also make payment through PPS website www.ppshk.com

By Cheque

You may make a crossed cheque payable to "DISCOVERY BAY GOLF CLUB LIMITED" and attach the bottom slip to your payment by mail. Please write down your membership member on the back of your cheque. Receipt will not be issued.

By Credit Card, EPS or Cash

You may pay at the club front desk by credit card, EPS or cash.

By Direct Debit

You may directly deposit your payment to our bank account with HSBC at Account Number 004-111-190971-001. Please mark your account number & fax the pay in slip to our accounts department at 2987 0663 after deposit.

Online Payment (e-banking)
With your e-banking account, you may make payment with the “Pay Bills” function by adding “Hong Kong Resort Company Limited” as payee and selecting “01 Club’s Statement” with your defined date and amount through your saving account or credit card.

Suspension Administration Fee
Effective January 1^st 2011 a Member defaulting on payment of subscription fees by more than 60 days will incur an administration fee of $2,000. Should the account lapse into Suspension an Administration Fee of $2000 is applicable in addition to the outstanding balance to reactivate your membership privileges.For details please refer to circular 06/12/10.

Duplicate Copy Administration Fee

Effective January 1^st 2013, administration fee $50 per copy will be charged for duplicate copy of statement consisting of transaction over one month.
