The following local rules apply on a daily basis. Separate rules sheets are prepared for Club competitions.
Stones in bunkers are Movable Obstructions. Rule 24-1 applies.
2. IMMOVABLE OBSTRUCTIONS
Immovable Obstructions (include but are not limited to): all concrete and artificially surfaced paths, light poles, bridges, drain covers, drain pipes, concrete lined ditches, guide posts,hydrant covers, exposed water pipes, steps, water sprinkler system covers, protective fences, litter bins and tee information structures.
3. OUT OF BOUNDS (OB)
Out of Bounds are marked by white stakes and Internal Out of Bounds as follows:-
a) Left side - Ruby 3, Ruby 4, Ruby 6 and Jade 4
b) Right side - Ruby 1, Ruby 7, Diamond 6, Jade 2, Jade 7 and Jade 9
c) Both left and right side - Ruby 9 and Jade 4
d) Behind the green - Diamond 2, Ruby 7, Ruby 9, Jade 4
4. INTEGRAL PARTS OF THE COURSE
Concrete and / or manmade fixtures (including cart paths but not parts of bridges) lying within the margins of water hazards are integral parts of the course.
Note that the cart path on the left of Ruby 1 is integral and therefore, there is NO relief from interference by the cart path for playing a ball lying outside of the lateral water hazard.
5. DROP ZONES (JADE 3, JADE 4, JADE 5, JADE 8, DIAMOND 1, RUBY 6 & RUBY 8)
As an additional relief option under Rule 26-1, the player may drop a ball in the drop zones provided under a penalty of one stroke.
Diamond 2 & Ruby 7 – Drop Zone For Ball On Cart Path Near Green
If the ball comes to rest on the concrete path near the green and is between the two green lines, as an additional relief option under Rule 24- 2b, the player may drop the ball in the nearest drop zone without penalty.
Jade 9 – Drop Zone For Ball On Cart Path Near Green
If the ball lies on the section of concrete path as an additional option of relief under Rule 24-2b, the player may lift the ball and drop it in the drop zone without penalty.
6. BALL IS ACCIDENTALLY MOVED ON THE PUTTING GREEN Rules 18-2, 18-3 and 20-1 are modified as follows;
When your ball lies on the putting green, there is no penalty if the ball or ball-marker is accidentally moved by the player, his partner, his opponent, or any of their caddies or equipment.The moved ball or ball-marker must be replaced as provided in Rules 18-2, 18-3 and 20-1. This Local Rule applies only when the player's ball or ball-marker lies on the putting green and any movement is accidental.
Note: If it is determined that a player's ball on the putting green was moved as result of wind, water or some other natural cause such as the effects of gravity, the ball must be played as it lies from its new location. A ball-marker moved in such circumstances is replaced.
