We will only accept a transfer of membership subject to completion of the following: Submission of a written authorization of such transfer by the membership holder, including transaction price. Payment of the applicable transfer fee. Return of the original debenture (for debenture members) Return of all membership cards including supplementary cards. Clearance of all accounts. Removal of all articles in your locker(s) and return of locker key(s). Failure to return all keys (2 for each locker) will result in a replacement fee of $350 for each locker. Removal of all golf clubs kept in Club storage. When the above items are settled, we shall proceed with the transfer of membership. Please note that Full Membership must be transferred to an individual whilst Company Membership must be transferred to a limited company registered in Hong Kong. Furthermore, the proposed new member must fill out an application form which can be obtained from our Membership Department or Reception Counter, and return it with one passport size photo and one copy of I.D./passport.
